What I would highlight: Course was complete upgraded, method used was simple but powerful to everyone to understand. The venue is too small to accommodate more than 12 trainees.only one romm for the training and the reception is to small.
What could be improved: The trainer was excellent but the room was very small, not adequate for a training. No heating in the room and facility for a hot drinks for trainees in a cold weather.
