He was a mental health promotion (now well being) specialist in the NHS, where he researched and wrote a toolkit and training programme called 'Healthy Minds in your Workplace'. This was used by the HSE pilot projects to develop the HSE Stress Manageement Standards He specilialises in well being adverse stress and mental ill health training, coaching and job retention/case management

One day training to understand self harm in depth and to work with people who self harm in a variety of settings.
