Selling with confidence provides a simple system to improve perfomance in selling, using a consultative approach to sales in order to build rapport with the customer and maximise on opportunities. The course is relevant to those new to sales, and sales people with some experience, but looking to build on their current skills and gain confidence. The course would also be relevant to people for who could utilise sales skills, even if this is not their core job.

What does the course involve?:
At the end of the session learners will be able to:
- agree the benefits of having a sales system
- understand all aspects of the sales cycle
- ue effective time management skills in sales
- utilise a range of self-motivation techniques
- identify different types of sales person
- understand the principles and aspects of rapport sellling
- identify the separate stages of rapport selling
- effectively open and use sales introductions
- identify customer needs through using active listening and summarising skills
- position product/service to meet the customers needs
- predict and deal with customers objections effectively
- identify buying signals, verbal and non verbal communication cues
- close the sale and deal with follow ups.
