As with all degree apprenticeships, your work-based learning becomes an integral part to your qualification. As you’re working, remember to build a portfolio of evidence including completed assessments, evaluations from the workplace, presentations, minutes of meetings, business proposals and performance reviews.

Assessments

You’ll be assessed through a variety of methods including:

• Assignments
• Reports
• Audits
• Case studies
• Work-based project
• Presentations
• Professional discussion

In addition, you’ll be requested to build a portfolio of evidence demonstrating how your learning has been applied to your workplace. As part of your apprenticeship, you’ll be required to complete an end-point assessment that comprises of a project showcase and professional discussion. You’ll present your work-based project, answer questions, and talk through your portfolio of evidence from the workplace. You’ll be able to demonstrate how your knowledge and understanding of management have been applied in the organisation.
