ServeWise On and Off License
Servewise provides training for the licensed trade both on and off. It aims to set professional standards for all those involved in the sale of alcohol including licensees (plus course) staff of pubs, clubs, hotels, restaurants and off licenses.
Problems of under-age drinking, drink driving, binge drinking and alcohol- related crime and disorder, mean we need to think carefully about how we serve alcohol and to whom. Trained licensees and staff are less likely to break the law through ignorance and will be more confident in enforcing the law.
