Get your sewing off to a great start. A day making a garment beginning with advice on selecting patterns, fabrics and interfacings. Demonstrations on cutting and marking methods. Make an elegant top, covering various sewing processes stay stitching, understitching, darts, curved princess seams, open and flat seam finishes, attaching a facing, grading and clipping, inserting sleeves, seam and hem finishes.
