Silk Painting & Embroidery For Camisoles

This is an ideal follow on course from the Silk Painting for Scarves and Cushions, but equally suitable for beginners who have not studied silk painting before.

No experience required.

This course is designed to introduce you to the basic techniques used in silk painting.

You will be taught to mount silk onto a frame and apply paint using wet-on-wet water techniques.

You will be taught how to paint a design onto a camisole and enhance it with decorative stitches.

If you have completed the course Silk Painting and Embroidery for Scarves and Cushions then more advanced techniques will be taught.

The tutor will provide all materials for the first lesson. Please bring approx £2 to cover this. Additional materials will need to be supplied by the students each week.

No formal assessment.
