Overview At a glance This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for an individual to be competent in retail operations. Work will be undertaken in various retail settings, such as specialty stores, supermarkets, departments stores and retail outlets. Application Mode Distance Courses/Units Fourteen (14) units must be completed: Six (6) core units and Eight (8) elective units.
