A practical one day inter-active Six Sigma introductory training course, which explains the concepts of Six Sigma, and the 5 key inputs and outputs of the 5 DMAIC phases (Define – Measure – Analyse – Improve – Control).
The course will demonstrate to delegates how these principles can be applied to any business process and will provide them with a detailed Six Sigma DMAIC roadmap that they can use on their own processes back in the workplace.
