We will help you tackle any areas in your learning or work that you feel unsure about, so you can set off on your life path with confidence.

Progression:
Having successfully completed this course you can progress to other College courses, take up a training place or find employment.

What does the course involve?:

The course aims to:
• help you improve your educational and vocational skills
• help you achieve appropriate qualifications
• develop your individual potential
• increase your work skills and understand the world of work
• develop your ability to meet the demands of the workplace.

• Functional skills
• work skills and work placement
• personal development
• vocational sampling
• the opportunity to follow individual learning interests.

When can I study?:
Four days a week

Are there any exams?:
You will have regular one-to-one tutorials throughout the course, during which your progress will be checked and your individual learning plan reviewed. Your achievement will be recorded in a progress file. You will have the opportunity to achieve recognised qualifications if appropriate.
