Skills for Enterprise Level 2

The Skills for Enterprise course is aimed at 16 – 18 year olds who are not in training or employment and wish to gain a range of level 2 qualifications. The course programme is designed to provide students with the knowledge of enterprise skills and how they can be developed to plan for their own business or social enterprising venture. Students will plan and carry out an enterprise project which will enable them to develop a range of skills and attitudes essential for successful performance in everyday working life.

The course includes decision making, planning through project work, managing risk and evaluating and working as a team in order to develop and expand upon ideas.

• Evaluation of an Enterprise Project and Self Development


• Functional Maths


• Functional English

Entry Requirements

Minimum of 2 GCSEs (grades A*- D) or completion of Skills to Succeed or relevant level 1 qualification and interview.

Career Opportunities

Upon completion you may progress directly into employment or start your own business venture or operation. Successful students may continue to full-time courses or Apprenticeships.

Applying for a Full-Time course

Our term starts the week commencing 5th September 2016,
however you may have different start dates depending on the course.
You will receive the details of your first day over the summer period,
