The ICE/IEPA master’s program provides a multidisciplinary overview of the major theoretical and empirical issues in education, development, and policy, together with an opportunity for students to pursue specialized coursework and research in their areas of academic and professional interests. The program addresses educational practice and policy in a rapidly changing global context and in both less developed and industrialized countries, including the United States.The master’s level of the ICE concentration comprises two concurrent tracks: International Comparative Education and International Education Policy Analysis. The IEPA program combines study in International and Comparative Education with academic work in educational policy analysis in international and comparative contexts.
