Sociology is a discipline that makes sense of human behaviour and our own individual experiences, in terms of the networks of social forces & relationships that structure our identity. Debate, controversy and insight are guaranteed. The study of Sociology will allow you to develop your intellectual skills; it may even change your mind! You will study topics like the role of values in the formation of culture, how patterns of behaviour regulate social life and the meaning of gender identities and their impact on social behaviour.

Entry Requirements
You will need to have a minimum of five GCSE subjects: four at grade C or above (including maths) and English Language at grade B or above.
Delivery and Assessment
You will be assessed through exams including one with pre-released data.
