Spa & Body Treatments Diploma Level 3

Throughout the academic year you will take part in a broad range of activities that includes working within the commercial salon as a therapist performing treatments on different types of people but also receiving treatments from your co-students. In addition to learning practical skills you will gain essential knowledge in the areas of anatomy, physiology, health and safety and general working practices within the beauty industry. All evidence forms a portfolio demonstrating your knowledge and achievements for theory and practical elements. Working on clients is an essential element of this course and you will have the opportunity to invite in your own paying clients for the purpose of completing assessments where necessary. You are required to wear a full therapy uniform arranged through the college, there may be additional costs for educational trips and events, it is advised you equip yourself with appropriate text books.
