Course Description

Study with Brown University in Segovia, Spain!

Students in this class will significantly improve their communications skills in Spanish, particularly their oral expression and listening comprehension. Daily classes are taught completely in Spanish and focus on proficiency in everyday speech to facilitate interaction with the local communities.

In addition to exercises in grammar, syntax, and vocabulary, this class will also offer the opportunity to reflect upon the great variety of cultures and values that inform contemporary Spain, providing numerous opportunities for students to participate in meaningful and thematically-set conversational activities.
