"The spinning worker is responsible for following the different stages of preparation of the yarns for the production of textiles. The spinning worker in the development of his work intervenes in the following activities: spinning / winding, spinning / steaming, making blends. The characteristics necessary for carrying out the work activities of the spinning mill employee can be traced back to the following areas of expertise: instrumental skills, organizational skills, i.e. knowledge of the phases of the product production cycle, interpersonal skills, strategic skills. Spinning is the complex sequence of operations necessary for the transformation of textile fibers into yarn or thread, both in the industrial plant (spinning mill, spinning machine) in which this processing takes place.
