Overview ​A Sport and Exercise Sciences degree provides you with the undergraduate knowledge and skills required to become an accredited Sport and Exercise Scientist.

The course blends th​e three areas of sport and exercise science, psychology, physiology and biomechanics, in addition to research and professional placements. You will also study interdisciplinary sport science modules to add to your programme to draw together the three sport science&#;disciplines.

Typically, our entry offer for this degree course is 112 UCAS tariff points.
Other requirements: For the old GCSE system we require grade C or above and for the new GCSE grading system we will accept grade 4 or higher in both English Language, Maths and Science (or accepted equivalent qualifications)​​.​ ​

Course Information Teaching staff on the course are significantly involved in research, which ensures that many modules are research-informed and some are research-led. There is the opportunity for you to complete a dissertation in your final year, which may align with staff research interests and opportunities to present work externally.  You will have the opportunity to get involved in Trinity Performance which is a sport and exercise science enterprise run by the department offering coach education, consultancy and fitness assessments.
