What will you be learning?
This course can lead to employment opportunities in the leisure and fitness industry, sports development and coaching or progression to higher education.

This course consists of 18 different units taught over 2 years. They include: Principles of coaching; skill acquisition; nutrition; fitness testing; sport and exercise psychology; sports injuries and anatomy and physiology.

You will be assessed by written assignments, verbal and visual presentations and practical assessments. The ability to work as part of a team and on an individual level is necessary.

SKC works with Canterbury Christ Church University and the University of Kent in the provision of this course. After you have successfully completed this course you can progress onto university courses such as a Sports Science Degree.
