Unit 1: What is ‘Sports Injury’

  • Discuss what a sports injury is and how they are caused

  • Differentiate between acute and chronic injuries

Unit 2: Prevention

  • Identify the main prevention methods including FITT

Unit 3: Injuries of the Foot and Leg
