Description

  • Type

    Bachelor's degree

  • Duration

    6 Quarters

Our extended degree in sports science with professional football coaching covers the current disciplines of sports science. It gives you the skills and knowledge to analyse and evaluate sporting performance in a range of sports and exercise, particularly football. While the course focuses on science, a quarter of study time is dedicated to the science of football coaching.

The course includes an initial foundation year to prepare you for degree-level study. Subsequent modules are the same as on the three-year course.

Putting learning into practice is a big part of this course, so you'll get the opportunity to undertake a structured internship at Charlton Athletic Football Club in either coaching or sports science.
