Course programme

This course will teach you all of these skills and enable you to build your business by learning how to assess and programme for specific sports like swimming, half marathons, MMA, tennis and rowing.

As a sports specific trainer you should be able to assess the requirements of a particular sport, the needs of the individual athlete and be able to select specific training types for maximum gains. Cable training, plyometrics, olympic lifting, traditional strength exercises, dynamic medicine ball drills, functional dumbbell training; do you know what exercises to use with which sports and when?

If you don’t assess your clients, don’t know how to assess, don’t know what targets your athletes should be achieving to perform at a high level or what injuries you should be trying to prevent; then you don’t know sports specific training. This course will teach you all of these skills and enable you to build your business by learning how to assess and programme for specific sports like swimming, half marathons, MMA, tennis and rowing.
