Introduction:
Spray tanning is a two and half hour course; you will learn how to apply a false tan using a Spray Gun. During the training you will see the difference a Spray Tan will give you. All students will have a Spray Tan applied and practice applying the Spray Tan to fellow students.

Study Mode & Location:
This is a two and a half hour course. At Preston College Park Campus, Moor Park Avenue, Preston, Room G26

Course Content:

• Health & safety for Spray Tanning
• Why Spray Tan?
• Spray Tanning Equipment
• What your client must do prior to having a spray tan
• Spray tan application
• Aftercare/Retail for spray tanning
• Trouble shooting for spray tans

Assessment:
You will be assessed practically working on fellow students applying the Spray tan.

Careers & Progression Opportunities:
This course will give you the opportunity to offer Spray Tan to your clients.

Dress:
Professional Salon Uniform

Kit:
No kit is required; however you will be able to purchase a Tan enhancer to apply at home to keep your tan in tip top condition!

Additional Information:
Please ensure nails are short and free of polish and that jewellery is removed and long hair tied back.

How To Apply
You may need to have an informal interview with a Adult Admissions Adviser before enrolling on this course.
Many courses have limited places so please enquire as soon as possible. Following interview, the earliest you may enrol is mid-June.
