During this 2 day, tutor led course is applicable for experienced RPG programmers that wish to learn how to use embedded SQL instead of traditional file processing.

Pre-Requisites

Delegates should:

  • Have experience and be capable of writing SQL DDL statements for maintaining the iSeries DB2 UDB database as well as retrieving and manipulating information stored in the iSeries DB2 UDB database
  • It is recommended to have attended “iSeries Technical Introduction,” and “Accessing the iSeries Database Using SQL.”
