CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership. Duration up to 6 months
The Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership will build on the managerial skills and knowledge you already have. It will give you a greater understanding of the various roles and responsibilities involved in strategic management and through focusing on specific areas on management.

Course Delivery:
Level 7 Award in Strategic Management and Leadership
You will complete one unit, 'Strategic Leadership'. • 'Strategic Leadership' is about understanding strategic leadership skills and strategies and the understanding of ethical and cultural issues within the organisation. At the start of this course you will attend two workshops at our premises in either Sketty Hall or Jubilee Court.After which you will receive: • at least six hours 1:1 contact time with your assigned tutor • ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.
Level 7 Certificate in Strategic Management and Leadership
You will complete two units, 'Strategic Leadership' and 'Implementing Organisational Change Strategies' • 'Strategic Leadership' is about understanding strategic leadership skills and strategies and the understanding of ethical and cultural issues within the organisation. • 'Implementing Organisational Change Strategies' is about identifying, developing and implementing change strategies to meet organisational objectives, using a range of management models, tools and techniques. At the start of this course you will attend three/four workshops at either Sketty Hall or Jubilee Court Swansea . After which you will receive: • at least eight hours 1:1 contact time per unit with your assigned tutor • ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this course.
Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership
At the start of this course you will attend three/four workshops at either Sketty Hall or Jubilee Court premises Swansea. You will complete two units, 'Strategic Leadership' and 'Implementing Organisational Change Strategies' as per the Certificate above. After the taught workshops, you can then choose to study some of the following units to complete your Diploma: • Personal leadership development as a strategic manager • Developing performance management strategies • Financial management • Strategic information management • Conducting a strategic management project • Reviewing organisational strategy plans and performance • Financial planning • Developing a marketing strategy • Strategic project management • Strategic planning • Strategic human resource planning • Strategic leadership practice • Introduction to strategic management and leadership • Developing risk management strategies • Strategic corporate social responsibility Over the duration of the programme, you will receive: • at least eight hours 1:1 contact time per unit with your assigned tutor • ongoing advice and guidance throughout the duration of this programme.
Assessment for the CMI Level 7 in Strategic Management and Leadership Assessment is via practical work-based assignments.
