Overview Strength and Conditioning is widely acknowledged by athletes and coaches as a vital component of achieving peak performance and reducing injury. This is a growing area with demand for Strength and Conditioning Coaches increasing rapidly.
To become a Strength and Conditioning Coach there are typically two requirements; a degree in Sport and Exercise Sciences and accreditation by the UK Strength and Conditioning Association (UKSCA). On this course, you can work towards both at the same time.
