History

We run courses and workshops designed to help you make the best of yourself and boost your confidence. Being well presented is essential in any situation and the team at The Styling Academy can make a difference and help you stand out from the crowd. The Styling Academy is so exciting, we work closely with brands and charities such as M&S, John Lewis and Debenhams, Christie’s and St Ann’s Hospice to help organise fashion shows where our students can show case their new found confidence and glamour. We also work with many regional magazines being part of the team that co-ordinates fantastic fashion shoots that many of our students have taken part in.

We have strong links to the fashion industry and our mentors have a vast amount of professional experience. From learning how to correctly apply make up, styling your hair and dressing in a stylish way to picking up the tricks and tips on general grooming such as waxing, eyebrow shaping and tanning, you will learn a huge amount on our course.We are always looking for girls from our course to take part in fashion shoots and fashion shows and up to now, some of our students have been in show for brands such as John Lewis, Debenhams, Marks and Spencer plus have taken part in fashion shoots for magazines such as Y4, Worklife and even being chosen for the front cover of DV8 magazine!

Description

This amazing course is designed for those who want to learn how to make the best of themselves. It is unique and packed full of essential information for any girl who wants to learn about putting make up on properly, doing your hair in cool styles, learning how to dress in a stylish way and loads of other stuff! If you want advice on how to make the best of yourself, this course is for you. Over the 8 weeks you’re going to learn some essential information including; fantastic make up application, new hair styles that suit you, general grooming tip, fashion styling and how to build your confidence. We have experts on hand every week from top make-up artists, hairdressers and grooming specialists through to photographers and stylists, plus you will each have photo shoot posing tuition and cat walking lessons.
