Summer School (Music)

A week of learning songs, genres, band skills and top tips from professional musicians.The week is split into genre days, rock, funk and blues as well as classes such as samba workshop, guitar shredding, guitar and bass set-up and maintenance, bass rock lab, drum workout, and vocal range improvement sessions. MIT students will experience the process of getting music they have written or edited to a stage where it is sounding sonically professional using the MIT suite as well as the state of the art recording studio. The tutors are experts in their field and will guide you to get some great results and a better understanding of music production and recording techniques.
