Course programme

The course covers the differences between supervision and appraisal (Employee Development Reviews) and the necessity for implementing both of these performance management systems in order to provide an effective and motivated work team.

Our team leader training is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), and is delivered with a total focus on the management of care services. It links with many aspects of the Registered Manager Award NVQ, by providing underpinning knowledge.

Half day courses usually run from 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. / 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.
