Supervision and Appraisal

The course covers the differences between supervision and appraisal (Employee Development Reviews) and the necessity for implementing both of these performance management systems in order to provide an effective and motivated work team.

• To understand the role of appraisal in identifying training and development skills.
• To identity strategies for empowering staff through effective supervision.
