Who The Course is for
This course is ideal for candidates interested in furthering their career in supporting teaching and learning in schools.
Course Content
Students will complete 6 mandatory units:
-Develop and maintain professional skills and knowledge for supporting teaching and learning in schools.
-Develop and maintain effective working relationships for supporting teaching and learning in schools
-Contribute to the management of pupil behaviour
-Contribute to pupils†learning
-Support pupils with special educational needs or disabilities
-Support the development and application of pupils literacy, numeracy and ICT skills
Plus 50 hours (minimum) placement.
Entry RequirementsLearning & Assessment Methods
This qualification is assessed through a Portfolio of Evidence.
Qualifications Gained
NCFE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
Progression Opportunities
Student may wish to progress onto an NVQ qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools.
