Transactional Analysis (TA) brings together theories of human development, personality and communication in a powerful system of psychological models. It offers an easily accessible framework for understanding our experiences, for identifying where problems in communication are taking place, and for enabling personal change. It is used in education, in organisations and in counselling and psychotherapy.
On completion of the TA 101 2 day workshop, you will:
- Understand the core TA theory of personality, human development and
communication - Understand how to apply these models to your own development and
to the personal and work relationships you are in - Receive the official TA 101 Certificate, issued by the Institute of
- Transactional Analysis and recognised in the world wide TA community
- Have completed the pre-requisite training, and gained the
understanding of the model, needed to consider further training as a TA
professional
