OUR GOALSWe aim to help children channel their energy into something positive. We aim to help all students both juniors and seniors develop life skills and be able to defend themselves if they need to through fun, fitness and self defence. All staff are CRB checked and first aid certified. FIRST TWO WEEKS FREEYour VIP PASS lets you have two week's FREE lessons so you can decide if we are what you are looking for. You then have three more weeks to make up your mind before you have to apply for a licence which will give you a full years membership & a FREE suit.The schools have been going for quite a while now with great success we have many great students who will not only be able to defend them selves but will go on to be great in competitions. There is a wonderful atmosphere in the club and all are welcome. Most of the students have been with us from the beginning. Being a small club means you get a lot of one on one attention in a very friendly environment.
