Course programme
A step by step guide to the art of Tai Chi. It releases tension, boosts energy levels and improves flexibility, coordination and balance. We will cover the main principles of Tai Chi and will also learn energy exercises (Qi Gong- 'chee gung') to warm up and to maximise the benefits of the Tai Chi workout.
