Following the recent re-writes of the legislation, and new legislation introduced by recent finance acts there are a number of issues that will need to be addressed with regard to a companies tax liabilities.
This course is designed to highlight major changes made over the last 12 months, HMRC interpretations and cases impacting on the company, its shareholders, and the employees.
Programme includes:
• Recent changes to the calculation of a company's liability
• Changes to accounting standards and their impact on the tax computation
