The Level 2 Teaching Assistant course is divided into nine comprehensive modules:

By subscribing to the course you will gain a solid understanding of the principles and practices relating to teaching/classroom assistant roles.

You will discover the skills and knowledge needed to support the teacher, the pupil and the school as a whole. You will learn all about the National Curriculum and the use of ICT equipment in the classroom. You will also receive good practical advice on how to work constructively with others. Supporting young people’s Literacy and Numeracy development is an important aspect of the course, and we also look at how to help pupils with special education needs.
