TEAM BUILDING (BETWEEN 1 & 5 DAYS TRAINING)

A team is a group of people who are working towards a common goal or aim.

ABOUT THE COURSE
This training will be individualised to meet the needs of the specific team requiring the training. It is crucial for whole teams to attend in order for plans and decisions to be taken forward with a common understanding and with equal input. We will discuss your individual team training needs when we arrange the dates for training and present a basic plan to you prior to the event allowing time for additions and changes that may have occurred in your team.

The training will provide time for thinking, planning, understanding, focusing, and preparing for the future. Most importantly it will be interesting and fun with a range of different types of activities to suit everyone.


AIMS & OBJECTIVES
On completion of this course participants will be able to:

Prioritise and clarify the team aims, setting objectives and share a common vision.

Link values, policies and strategies to daily practices.

Discover appropriate methods of evaluating progress and experiences.

Understand the factors that will contribute towards quality teamwork.

Gain an awareness of the ways the teams can behave dangerously.

Understand ways to communicate effectively within a team.

Discover the skills and abilities that exist within the team and clarify roles and responsibilities.

Create an atmosphere for learning together bringing into the course fun and learning.

Become more aware of each other, to understand ways in which the team can maximise the resources it has and develop a creative and productive way of working together.

On completion of the course delegates are provided with course materials and are awarded a certificate. The training will commence at 9:30am and finish at 3:30pm. This course runs with a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 25 delegates.
