To provide ongoing opportunities for staff involved in the team leading / management functions to develop their practical competence in the workplace to nationally determined and recognised standards. To motivate participants to engage in developmental activity, based on their existing competence, personal career goals and the demands of the workplace. To enable employers to identify participants' current potential and their development needs within the team leading/management functions. Suitable for: Practising team leaders, whose work involves the application of knowledge and skills in a significant range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts, and some of which are complex or non-routine, and who have some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility, and collaborate with others through membership of a team.

Who is it for?
This programme is for a practising team leader, whose work involves the application of knowledge and skills in a significant range of varied work activities, performed in a variety of contexts, and some of which are complex or non-routine, and who has some degree of personal autonomy and responsibility, and collaborates with others through membership of a team.
