It will provide excellent insight into some of the new technologies available, and will also give you a range of employability skills including showreel development and English language skills specifically focussed on business communication within the creative and cultural industries.   Job applicants with strong business and English language skills are increasingly sought as English continues to be a world language for business and the creative and cultural industries. This course allows you to study television and broadcasting through the medium of English in an English-speaking environment, and to equip yourself for this world. This degree programme is for non-native speakers of English only.

Course programme

Our course specialises in a multi-skilled approach, much favoured by the TV and video industry itself. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of the many roles required to maintain a broadcast television channel, and there are opportunities to operate and explore many of the roles required for TV production.

With excellent television and broadcasting skills and strong business and English language skills, graduates should be well placed to work across a wide range of roles across the TV and broadcast industries, from producing corporate videos to working in a live studio in a variety of roles.

We are accredited with Avid to offer a certified user editing course (The Avid MC101) that is industry recognised and respected.
