Having left full time employment to have a child I was a 'stay at home mum'. I really wanted to find a way of turning my writing skills into an income. The ICI journalism course allowed me to become a freelance journalist and earn an income on a flexible basis. I was able to work at my own pace without the pressure of deadlines. I would not have been able to achieve what I have without this course. Thank you!

I have enjoyed my course and learned a lot from it.And training from home let me study when and how long I wanted, therefore I had no restrictions. I feel it was better than if I had attended my local college.

As I hadnt completed any form of further education previously i was a little unsure of where to start. However I contacted the tutor who explained further what was required and since I have found the course exciting, enjoyable and the tutor was everything I hoped for.
