Theresa Kahn is a Stress, Life and Performance Coach,Usui /Kaurna Reiki Master Teacher and Author based in Central London. As a qualified lecturer, she has also taught numerous courses to a wide range of students from diverse backgrounds in an FE College in London, which she did for 15 years , until managing a Government Funded Employment Project for a further two years. Theresa also works with clients both face to face and via webcam with issues including life changes, personal, career, financial, stress, those that have recently been made redundant and relationship issues. Theresa also works as a Freelance Consultancy Trainer, designing and delivering a range of Personal Development workshops for organisations across the UK.
