Outline:
The aim of this course is to explore the current concepts in tissue repair, healing and recovery from injury and then to consider how the various electrotherapy modalities, manual therapy and exercise therapies could be reasonably expected to influence the process.
There are controversies within each of these modalities, yet there is a substantial research and literature database from which many of the confusing issues can be resolved. It is intended to make the programme both evidence based and clinically applicable.
