How long will it take?

Two NVQs must be completed, together with our five add-on courses.

This can be done over a period of time, which is negotiable with our trainers and assessors.

What does the course cover?

Employees must complete the required units from:

• NVQ Level 2 Performing Manufacturing Operations.
• NVQ Level 2 Business Improvement Techniques.

Our additional courses cover the following customer service and business administration areas:

  Problem-solving tasks to help group members work effectively together.
• 5s
  Focuses on the 5s housekeeping methodology (Seiri (Sort), Seiton (Set), Seiso (Shine), Seiketsu (Standardisation), Shitsuke (Sustain)).

  How to improve your communication skills, develop an effective communication strategy and create better interpersonal relationships.
• Kaizen
  Continuous improvement in the workplace.
• Problem solving
