On the Traineeship programme we are aware how important your CV and your interview skills are to enhance your future employment chances. So we have packaged a programme which will give you the best of both worlds. You will attend College one day a week to improve your maths, English and Employability Skills and for rest of the week (12 hours plus) you will be available to gain that vital work experience with your employer.
