Training and Consultancy Initiatives was founded Gill Elsworth and Tina Wright who, together have 30 years experience of providing training and consultancy services to Local Authorities, the NHS, the Voluntary sector, private business and individuals. We pride ourselves on providing a quality service in a friendly and supportive way and offering practical support and solutions that will best suit your needs. Our Consultants have skill, experience and knowledge of working in the voluntary, statutory and private sectors and have gained experience, and a good working knowledge of the challenges and opportunities that each sector brings.
