Today’s manager is required to perform many duties and to assume numerous roles. One of these roles is that of trainer to their staff.

Indeed, in today’s fast paced and demanding business context, many managers are responsible for the development and training of their staff. From new staff induction, to on-the-job skills development and new product understanding, managers are required to communicate new knowledge and skills to their staff so as to enable them to perform their duties to the fullest of their potential.

In order to assume the role of trainer successfully, managers need to develop new skills and acquire new tools in order to maximize their proficiency in this critical area.

This programme will enable participants to deepen their understanding of how adults learn and apply this understanding so that they can deliver training that maximises the learning and understanding of their staff.
