History
Jon RayConsultancy Ltd was founded in 1995, principally to provide soft skills training to large financial institutions, world-wide, and mainly in professional credit control and collections skills. The Training Takeaway division was created in 2009, specifically to provide soft skills training by distance-learning, through on-line / download technologies.

Description
Jon Ray Consultancy Ltd delivers face-to-face soft-skills training for call-centres, world-wide, in telephone credit control and collections practices, including train-the-trainer where there are very large numbers of delegates and/or where either English or Greek are not the delegates' first language. The Training Takeaway division provides downloadable soft-skills training, where there are lower numbers of delegates (typically 1-2), and with price-points that are attractive to smaller organisations.
