Make sure your business is compliant by taking the CILT(UK) Transport Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC). One requirement for the granting of a standard National/International O-Licence for either road or passenger transport operations, is that the licence holder either holds or has access to the services of someone who holds, a CPC. Current legislation imposes restrictions on the number of operator licences and vehicles on which an external associate CPC holder can be named. The CILT CPC programme, for road haulage and passenger vehicle sector, involves seven days of tuition and an one-day revision workshop plus the examination day. The course provides a solid understanding and knowledge required to complete the examination and therefore hold the Transport Manager CPC.
