Travel and Tourism BTEC National Award, Certificate or Diploma Level 3

Course Overview
Travel and Tourism is one of the world's fastest growing industries. This course will give you an excellent understanding of the industry today and the challenges it faces.

Course Structure
This can be a one-year course (award) or a two-year course (certificate). Both courses are full-time. The programme consists of both mandatory and optional units that look at a variety of aspects of this industry. These include:

• Tourism Development
• Tourism Destinations
• Marketing Travel & Tourism Products & Services
• Customer service
• Visitor Attractions
• Plus optional units

Qualification Aims
BTEC National award qualification (one year) is equivalent to one A level; BTEC National Certificate is the equivalent of two A levels. In addition to seeking employment within the industry, students could also enrol on higher HND and degree courses.

Assessments/Examinations
Assessment is continuous and encompasses coursework, assignments, projects and external assessments.

TuitionFee's:£495 for students aged 19 or over at the start of the course

All Travel & Tourism courses have compulsory uniform approx£100.
