What is the course aim?:- The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 require employers to provide adequate training and to ensure that chainsaws and related equipment are operated only by employees who have received appropriate training in their safe use. This course aims to provide delegates with the base knowledge to understand the principles of how to protect yourself and operate equipment safely, cutting and felling techniques, how to keep your chainsaw in good condition and the best practice operating chainsaws, strimmers, brushcutters, woodchippers, strimmers, etc.
