The pipe maker is a worker employed, in various industrial sectors, in the manufacture of pipes; also, repairman in charge of the repair and renewal of water pipes, compressed air, ect such as in mines. A piping system, in engineering, indicates the more or less complex set of pipes that connect the various equipment of a plant (for example hydraulic, chemical or petrochemical). The piping system allows the interception, transport and accumulation of fluids (liquid or gaseous) destined for the various users. The pipes, each with its own specific function, size and material characteristic, combine to form a complex system (precisely the "piping") that allows the transfer of fluids within a plant. The transfer can occur between one processing phase and another or from the raw material entering the plant to the final product. In addition to rigid pipes, there is a wide range of flexible pipes, in materials ranging from various rubber compounds, to PTFE, to silicone. In general terms, all these items have the characteristic of being able to work with high pressures and relatively low temperatures.
