At Emagister we present this Unannounced Workshops course so you can increase your knowledge and improve your professional perspectives.
This course will provide participants with details about the unexpected audit processes, the options available to companies and the revealed route, with a focus on option 1. The course also addresses the issue of how to manage the audit process, follow-up and the closing of Conformities and the certification process.
This training is planned for all personnel of the food industry, subject to audits of clients and third parties, second and third party auditors, consultants, technical managers and quality control personnel.
This course teaches the background of the second and third parts of the unannounced audit processes by retailers, certification bodies and competent audit firms.
Upon successful completion of this training, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the unannounced audit process and how to manage it. Delegates will also be able to recognize any current weaknesses in their preparation for the audit and update them appropriately.
